  Awful customer service and craftsmanship. After 8 months of taken my vehicle there still find deficiencies in their work. Can’t understand how they couldn’t do a good job on something very simply nor they did it on time.

  Excellent service at this location. I've never had anything happen to my car before, the lady in the phone was kind enough to tell me what steps to do. The repair guy was great, he was quick to tell me what might have caused the damage to my car and fixed it in less than 5 minutes.

  Man the people there was very polite and easy to talk and give an amazing respect to the customer, icbc send my car there for a repair and they did an amazing job, also they called me to ask if I need a courtesy car, the car was done very fast, believe it or not I ended up getting my car delivered at my place , not to many shops do this. Thanks to Miguel for making such a thing for me, and big things to all the stuff there , you guys rock

  We were very impressed with this body shop- in particular, with the service provided by Ben C.! He went far and beyond with his customer support, and his extra attention to details made our experience with Craftsman a very positive one. Highly recommend!

  My car was brought in due to a rear collision: rear bumper had to be replaced, paint redone, muffler part replaced. Everybody I interacted with was very friendly and very professional. They have very high quality standards as after review of the work at delivery they noticed some imperfections that would seem minor for any untrained eye but enough for them to order new part and redo some paint to have it completely perfect. Great service and quality, would recommend to anybody. Hopefully I don't need to go there again but if I have another collision they would be on top of my list.
