  Our interior reno was finished on time,on budget , overall an outstanding finished product. Hardwood install, crown moldings, drywall , painting and some electrical.   We have worked with Justin Endresen of Alair Home Maple Ridge a number of times as a subcontractor. Green Coast Rubbish was contracted to carry out various selective deconstruction and demolition tasks, as well as removing all associated renovation debris from his projects. Justin is a great guy and easy to work with! He is a professional in his field and his projects are always well organized. I fully recommend Justin and Alair Homes Maple Ridge!

  I gotta say I've worked with many different builders being a drywall contractor but by far Alair Homes and anyone working for the company know what they are doing. The jobs are always clean ready to go with no issues. You can tell by the way they operate they want to provide ever customer with the best end product they can. Many other builders will try to cut corners on sub trades to fill their pockets more. But I've noticed with Alair they want the best for their clients so they make sure the subcontractors they get are the best at what they do. I have had the honour of working with Frank,Cameron and Justin from Alair and have had no issues when my company goes in to do the drywall work. Probably the best framing ive seen in awhile and the jobs run smooth from start to finish. This is one company I would recommend to any one who is in the marker to do a reno or even a new build. 5 stars all the way

  Justin, was amazing through every step of the renovation, from demo to finishing. Always available to answer my questions or concerns; going out of his way to make this whole process seamless. He did everything in his power, to keep the costs down, and the project on time. if were not satisfied with anything, Justin would ensure he did everything he could to remedy that!!
